As a Student – Claims Administration Agent (Dealer Services), you will play a key role in supporting the efficient, thorough and human processing of requests coming from our network of partners. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in CEGEP or university and available full-time during the summer
  • Recognized for excellent customer service and sense of professionalism
  • Thoroughness, efficiency and ability to manage several requests simultaneously
  • Strong ease in organizing their work and managing priorities
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and knows how to manage their time and stress
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
  • Intermediate level of English, since the person will be required to respond to calls and emails from English-speaking clients across Canada, on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the claims department
  • Answer, transfer and follow up on incoming emails and calls
  • Analyze received requests and direct files to the responsible persons
  • Follow up with the different departments (Claims, Customer Service, Accounts Payable)
  • Receive, verify and process invoices related to extended warranty contracts
  • Proceed with the payment of authorized claims (credit card or cheque)
  • Reconcile credit card accounts
  • Assign claims to adjusters
  • Contribute to various essential administrative tasks as needed.
