Requirements
- Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance.
- Supervisory experience leading a maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification or HVAC certification preferred.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Repair and replace appliances.
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including turns and make-readies.
- Maintain building systems and common areas.
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
