Monarch is seeking a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at Stonehenge Gates Apartments in Flint Township. Requirements

2+ years of experience in maintenance or equivalent.
Knowledge of drywalling, painting, and carpentry.
Knowledge of plumbing.
Knowledge of electrical systems, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
Ability to repair and/or diagnose appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

EPA Certification training (company provides paid training).

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on apartment units and property grounds.
Conduct drywall repairs, including painting and carpentry.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
Address electrical issues, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
Repair and diagnose appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
Be available for on-call duties.
Participate in potential overtime opportunities.

Benefits

$19 - $21.00 an hour
Yearly raises up to 5%
Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call.
Minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
$50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked
