Requirements

4 + years of apartment maintenance experience
EPA Certification required
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
Handle apartment turns and make-readies
Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties

Benefits

$26.00 - $27.00/Hour
Annual salary increases based on performance
Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually
On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
