About The Position

Apartment Maintenance Supervisor – $24–$26/hr + Bonuses! Morgan's Landing Apartments is a 182-unit community proudly owned and managed by Monarch Investment and Management Group. This position is responsible for responding to and completing maintenance work orders, turning/making-ready apartments between residents, interior and exterior painting/staining, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, general groundskeeping and upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace and sharing on-call duties with the team on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• 1+ year of general maintenance experience
• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry
• Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!)
• Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting)
• Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers)
• Must complete a written skills maintenance test
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including criminal background check, drug screening, and possess a valid Driver's License
