Requirements

EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening
Physical demonstration of ability to complete basic job duties

Responsibilities

Appliance repair and installation
Hot water tank and shut off valve replacements
Perform maintenance skills assessment during the interview process
Complete basic job duties as demonstrated physically during the interview process
