Windsor Castle Hill is a garden style apartment community with 430 units. The Service Technician II role is for individuals with intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management. The position requires availability to be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
