We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Central Square Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. Requirements

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• EPA or HVAC Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
• Handling on-site maintenance calls
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Making ready / Turning units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
