About The Position

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for diagnosing and performing repairs in various areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance. This role involves managing unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes, overseeing work order systems for timely completion and accurate updates, and conducting regular property inspections. The supervisor will also coordinate and schedule contractors, vendors, and third-party services, and execute routine preventative maintenance. Collaboration with the Property Manager on project updates and work order progress is essential, as is ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational goals.

Requirements

• HVAC Certification required
• Heat Pump experience required
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Superior customer service skills, with professionalism in handling resident concerns
• Comfort with technology and work order management systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential multifamily or facility maintenance
