About The Position

Monarch Investment is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at River Chase Apartments in Florissant, MO. This is a working supervisor position where you will lead the team, help tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and be instrumental in keeping the property running smoothly. Requirements

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience in a supervisory role required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Must be able to climb 3 story ladders to access systems on roofs
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to supervise 6+ employees
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• CPO Certification preferred
• Experience with 400+ unit properties a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
• Participate in an on-call rotation (as needed)
