About The Position

We are looking for a career oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodland Heights and Dogwood Apartments in Chillicothe, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• EPA Cert or HVAC Certificate required
• CPO Certificate required
• At least 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
• On-site maintenance calls
• Preventative maintenance
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• On-call rotation

• Pay of $21.00-$24.00
