About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at The Debra Metrowest apartment community in Orlando, FL. This role is for an ambitious sales professional who excels at creating positive experiences for residents and consistently exceeds goals. The Leasing Consultant will follow AIR's sales process, conduct tours, communicate community value, and help prospects find suitable apartment homes. They will also contribute to marketing efforts, adhere to Fair Housing Laws, and provide leasing support to other communities as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours (hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR’s sales process by promptly following up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting engaging community tours, communicating the value of The Debra Metrowest, and helping prospects find the right apartment home.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline, following through on commitments, and confidently guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to other communities within the AIR portfolio as business needs arise.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts that generate awareness, attract qualified prospects, and support occupancy goals.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
