About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents. The role involves guiding prospects through property tours, the leasing process, and move-ins, while also assisting with renewals, resident relations, and community events. The Leasing Professional helps create a welcoming experience for residents and prospects and maintains a professional office environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Friendly, professional, and motivated to meet goals.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing.
• Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Assist with resident relations, renewals, and move-ins.
