About The Position

We are seeking a Leasing Agent for our El Lago Apartments property, which features 351 apartment units. We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills and a personality that drives high productivity. Training is available for individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation will be based on experience and anticipated performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.

Nice To Haves

• Transferable sales experience.
• Prior leasing experience at other management companies.
• Higher education.
• Bilingual (any language).

Responsibilities

• Handle phone inquiries demonstrating property knowledge.

• Some Holidays are included in the rotating schedule, with another paid day off during the same payroll period.
