About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our Broadstone Desert Sky property, which features 288 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation will be based on experience and anticipated performance. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including one or two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally by request. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education a plus.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
