About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive individuals for a Leasing Agent position at our Crescent Cove at Lakepointe property, which features 372 apartment units. We are open to training applicants with transferable sales experience or those with prior leasing experience. This role offers a competitive compensation package including an hourly pay rate of $18 - $20 plus a leasing bonus. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, and includes working one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally. Some holidays are also part of the rotating schedule, with a paid day off provided in the same payroll period. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Transferable sales experience.
• Prior leasing experience at other management companies.
• Higher education.
• Bilingual (any language).

Responsibilities

• Climbing 3 flights of stairs if no elevator is available.
