About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents with strong sales skills and personality for our Stoneybrook Apartments property, which has 541 apartment units. We offer training for applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance. Many of our high-performing Leasing Agents have advanced their careers within the multifamily business to higher positions such as Data Entry, Assistant Manager, and Apartment Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable handling phone inquiries.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Transferable sales experience.
• Prior leasing experience at other management companies.
• Higher education.
• Bilingual (any language).

Responsibilities

• Handle phone inquiries demonstrating property knowledge.
• Manage calendar of appointments.
• Provide outstanding resident service.
