Requirements

  • Proven success leading a multifamily community or customer-focused business with responsibility for team performance, resident satisfaction, and financial results
  • 4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another service-driven industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and recognition
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and achieving operational goals
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting resident relationships
  • Results-driven leader who leverages sales strategies, performance metrics, and market insights to maximize community performance
  • Experience with property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible availability to work a typical schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
  • Drive occupancy, revenue, resident retention, and customer satisfaction while consistently achieving community performance goals
  • Own the community's financial success, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic leasing, marketing, and resident experience initiatives that maximize performance and resident loyalty
  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience by fostering a service-driven culture and building strong resident relationships
  • Ensure operational excellence through strong execution, compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards
