About The Position

Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) is seeking an AP Vendor Administrator to support the integrity and compliance of our vendor operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Finance Operations, or Auditing, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. The position involves partnering across teams to maintain accurate vendor records, support reporting and compliance efforts, and drive process improvements for operational excellence.

  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of vendor administration and compliance practices
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

  • Accounts payable experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collect, review, and verify certificates of insurance
  • Support year-end 1099 processing activities
  • Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting
