About The Position
The purpose of this job is to process payments timely and accurately for all Trade vendors as well as resolve outstanding issues that may delay payments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Novice understanding of basic accounting principles
- Novice knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Process a large volume of time-critical physical and electronic invoices for payment.
- Monitor open receipts and unmatched invoice reports daily to verify proper transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Research and resolve any issues with invoices that have not been paid.
- Communicate daily via phone, email, and fax with retail employees, management, and vendor reps.
- Additional duties as assigned.
