About The Position

Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is seeking a compassionate and dependable Animal-Friendly Caregiver / Household Support to assist a client who lives independently on a spacious property with multiple pets and animals. This role combines caregiving, household support, and property maintenance, offering companionship to the client while ensuring a well-maintained home and environment. The ideal candidate is an animal lover who enjoys organizing and managing a household smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required.
• Comfortable working around multiple pets and animals.
• Reliable, compassionate, organized, and self-motivated.
• Able to perform household and property-related tasks.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience caring for individuals with acute Parkinson's disease is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and occasional assistance to the client.
• Perform housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized home.
• Assist with maintaining the property and surrounding outdoor areas as needed.
• Feed and assist with the daily care of household pets and animals.
• Prepare simple meals as needed.
• Assist with laundry and other household tasks.
• Run occasional errands and transportation as needed.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment.
