Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Current medical license to practice in Lebanon
Board certification in Anesthesiology; Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred
Experience in an on-site anesthesiology practice, particularly with pediatric cases
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a medical team
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
Level I Trauma
Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
Collaborate with surgeons and medical teams on anesthesia care plans
Conduct pre-operative assessments to evaluate patient health and anesthesia risks
Provide post-operative care, including pain management and recovery monitoring
Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately
Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology techniques
Educate patients and families regarding anesthesia processes and safety measures
