About The Position
USAP Indiana is looking for a Full-Time Anesthesiologist at our Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our practice at Lutheran Hospital consists of 45 Physicians and 45 CRNAs. USAP Indiana allows you to change your call totals, your post call work preferences and the number of vacation weeks on an annual basis. Dupont Hospital is a 131-bed acute care facility located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The hospital was opened in 2001 as a joint venture between the Lutheran Health Network and boasts more than 260 area physicians. Requirements
- Must be an M.D. or D.O.
- Completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Work with a practice consisting of 45 Physicians and 45 CRNAs.
- Participate in a diverse case mix including: OB, ortho, general, neuro and more.
