Anesthesiologist

US Anesthesia Partners, Inc.Dallas, TX
Onsite

About The Position

The Spectrum Division is seeking Anesthesiologists due to growth. This practice operates out of several premier hospitals and ASCs in Collin, Denton, and Dallas County, including Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, Dallas, and Flower Mound. The division has 23 physicians and 15 CRNAs. The practice includes a healthy mix of patient ASA Status's and surgical types, including Obstetrics. Regional skills are a must, but Cardiac is not performed. The Care Team approach is utilized in only one location, with much of the practice being solo. The USAP Spectrum Division has been in practice for 28 years, offering financial and practice security through diversity and exclusive facility contracts, resulting in a favorable payer mix and income. Physicians are sought for a Partnership Track, working on a productivity model similar to partners. Financial transparency is provided to prospective candidates. Partners enjoy flexibility in work/lifestyle balance, with the latitude to take significant vacation time (some take up to 20 weeks). First call averages about once every 5.5 days. The governance is democratic, encouraging all Partners and Partner Track physicians to participate as owner/operators. Physicians can reside in various areas, from southern Dallas to McKinney suburbs and from Flower Mound to Murphy, with many choosing to live in Frisco and Prosper.
