About The Position

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care specializes in general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients, offering a high quality of life for its anesthesiologists. The patients are healthy, office-based, pediatric dental patients (ASA 0 or 1) with short sedation and recovery times. The early start times of the dentists allow most days to conclude by 1 or 2 PM, providing anesthesiologists with ample personal time. Ambulatory Anesthesia Care provides a lifestyle-focused job with hospital-based compensation. Pediatric certification is not required. Employment and compensation options are flexible, including 1099 and W2 packages. The company emphasizes a supportive work environment and a commitment to the Quadruple Aim.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice.
  • DEA registration.
  • Ability to work within 60 minutes of home.
  • Willingness to work at only one office per day.
  • Pediatric certification is not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing OR or WA license.
  • Experience with pediatric dental anesthesia.
