About The Position

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) is seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office-based pediatric dental settings. The role involves delivering high-quality, office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental offices throughout the Pacific Northwest. Patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. The practice is expanding into adult dental, GI, and ENT, offering opportunities for professional growth. This model is designed to support excellent clinical care without burnout.

Requirements

• MD Anesthesiologist (pediatric fellowship not required)
• Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
• Active Oregon and/or Washington license, or willingness to obtain
• Enjoys autonomy and flexible scheduling
• Values quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
• Interested in growing with a practice — not just filling shifts
