About The Position
We are looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our growing anesthesia group serving North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding areas. The group is open to noncardiac and cardiac anesthesiologists and offers several opportunities across its practice locations and programs. It is a private physician-provider practice specializing in cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro, spine, EP, ENT, bariatric, and general surgical anesthesia. The group emphasizes quality, integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, and offers small-group personal advantages alongside large-group benefits. The position is full-time, with hours depending on the selected schedule or track. There is no in-house call, trauma coverage, or OB coverage. Salary is listed as $430,000–$715,000+, with potential total compensation exceeding $770,000 depending on programs and call structures. Additional productivity incentives and profit-sharing are available, along with a $25,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible general noncardiac or cardiac anesthesiologist.
- Active Texas medical license.
