About The Position

An established multidisciplinary practice in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a motivated Chiropractor for an associate role with potential to take on Clinic Director-level responsibilities. The practice has served the Dallas metroplex for more than 20 years and offers a supportive team environment and long-term growth opportunities.

The role may suit an experienced Chiropractor ready to help lead the practice and mentor others, with a potential path to Managing Partner. The employer also welcomes motivated newer doctors with strong leadership potential. Compensation is a $75,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus production-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
• Texas Chiropractic license.
• Strong adjusting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Clinic Director-level experience, or the ability and desire to grow into a leadership role.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of chiropractic experience is preferred.
• Leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient examinations and re-examinations.
• Take and review X-rays and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments, including Diversified, Thompson, flexion-distraction, and instrument adjusting.
• Provide soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation therapies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Help provide clinical leadership and support practice growth.
• Collaborate with providers and the support team.
• Participate in patient outreach and marketing initiatives.
