About The Position

Morlen health is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Anesthesiologist to join the team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians, CRNAs and supportive clinical and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in the operating room.
• Frequently provide solo, one-on-one care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions.
• Strong skills in invasive clinical monitoring.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of three years post-residency experience is preferred, but candidates with less experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within an anesthesia care team model, with a combination of medical supervision and sitting own cases.
• Provide coverage at 3-4 locations, with OB at two sites, and a primary home base.
• Perform cases including neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. (Note: No hearts or trauma cases.)
