About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their growing, clinician-led team. This role operates under an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model with physician supervision of CRNAs. The position offers practice diversity across five facilities within a 30-minute radius in Memphis, TN, and Olive Branch, MS, or the option to work at a preferred primary location. The compensation is 1099, with a weekly rate of $15,697.67, including call responsibilities. The system performs over 40,000 cases annually across more than 40 anesthetizing locations, with subspecialty areas including Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, and OB.
Requirements

- Board certification

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services within an Anesthesia Care Team model, supervising CRNAs.
- Participate in call rotations (4 calls per month).
- Practice across multiple facilities within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare system.
- Perform a variety of cases including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, and Obstetrical procedures.
- Engage in subspecialty areas such as Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, and OB.
