Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Chief of Anesthesia for their flagship hospital within the Methodist Le Bonheur System, located at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Germantown, TN. This role offers a leading compensation package and the opportunity to lead a dedicated Anesthesia Care Team. Active state license
ACLS certification
BLS certification
BC or BE (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the Anesthesia Care Team, consisting of 15 Physicians and 23 CRNAs.
Oversee anesthesia services for an annual case volume of 19,916.
Manage cases across various specialties including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Pulmonary, and OB.
Ensure smooth operations in 20 ORs, a Dedicated OB, Cath Lab, and GI suite.
Support the dedicated OB CRNA team providing 2 /24's a week.
Contribute to the overall quality of patient care within the Methodist Le Bonheur Health System.
