About The Position

Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative ACT care team at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a full-time position offering a full-scope practice with a diverse case mix, strong mentorship, and flexible scheduling. The role is part of a collaborative ACT care team across multiple hospitals within a 30-minute radius, handling over 40,000 cases annually. New graduates are welcome, and relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) qualification.
• Ability to work full-scope practice.
• Willingness to work flexible and equitable scheduling (8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts).
• New graduates are welcome.

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of experience (eligible for Seniority Premium).

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope CRNA practice.
• Engage in regional anesthesia.
• Collaborate within an ACT care team.
• Participate in a variety of cases including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, OB, and NORA.
• Work to the full extent of training and experience.
