An established anesthesia group in El Paso, Texas is hiring several board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologists. Requirements

• MD or DO with a completed anesthesiology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology.
• Comfortable with trauma cases and call.
• Texas medical license, or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services at Level II and Level IV trauma centers.
• Participate in a set rotation of day-shift weeks, call weeks, and weeks off.
• Manage trauma cases.
• Potentially serve as a Medical Director.

Benefits

• Guaranteed annual salary from $650,000 to $783,000
• Up to 20 weeks of scheduled time off per year
• All hours outside scheduled shifts are paid at $350 per hour
• Medical director positions add $30,000 per year on top of salary
• No state income tax
