About The Position
Anesthesiology Opening – Tulsa, Oklahoma Monday-Friday Schedule | Minimal Call | Up to $400K + Loan Repayment A leading integrated healthcare system in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and mission-driven team providing high-quality perioperative care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an approved Anesthesiology residency program
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Experience with a broad range of anesthesia modalities
- Strong airway management and perioperative care skills
Nice To Haves
- Hospital-based or integrated healthcare system experience
- CRNA supervision experience
- Advanced airway techniques including fiberoptic intubation
- Teaching or mentoring experience
- Perioperative workflow optimization initiatives
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Provide anesthesia services including: General anesthesia, Regional anesthesia, Spinal and epidural anesthesia, Monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
- Manage routine and complex airway cases, including emergent airway situations
- Place arterial lines and central venous catheters as clinically indicated
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs and anesthesia staff
- Participate in perioperative workflow improvement and quality initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
