About The Position
Anesthesiologist opportunity in Danville, IL, at nationally recognized OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in eastern Illinois community. The 174-bed OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center provides comprehensive healthcare for the community and is part of the OSF Health Care system. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
