Requirements
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Active NJ medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across surgical specialties
- Pre-op and post-op patient evaluations
- Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and OR staff
- Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
