About The Position

US Anesthesia Partners – Nevada (USAP-NV) is Nevada's largest physician-owned and led anesthesia practice, serving the Las Vegas metro community for over thirty years. We are seeking talented Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our established team. This role offers a blend of clinical excellence, physician leadership, and a supportive culture.

The practice consists of 115 anesthesiologists and 35+ care team members (CRNA/CAA) delivering comprehensive anesthesia services across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems, including HCA, Dignity Health, and Valley Health. We are the exclusive anesthesia provider to Sunrise Children's Hospital and offer diverse, high-acuity cases across multiple centers for cardiac anesthesia.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Must meet hospital credentialing requirements

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training preferred for Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac roles

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across premier hospitals and health systems.
• Provide anesthesia for pediatric patients at Sunrise Children's Hospital.
• Provide anesthesia for diverse, high-acuity cardiac cases across multiple centers.
• Participate in teaching opportunities through the HCA Sunrise Health Residency Program.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.
• Engage in structured mentorship and early career support.
• Participate in leadership development opportunities if desired.

Benefits

• Outstanding compensation: $525k-$950k based on specialty and time off/shifts picked up. Highest earners in group earn more than $950k. Peds also has ability to be on salaried or comp plan model.
