About The Position

Adidev Technologies is an IT consulting firm providing iOS and Android development services to major companies and other clients. The Android Developer will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of large-scale applications for clients. The role is onsite, with no telecommuting or remote positions. Candidates must be willing to relocate to cities or states for client assignments, which typically last 6 to 18 months and may be extended. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and offered as W-2 employment or a 1099 contract. Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience; the Android qualifications specify at least 1 year of experience with Java and Kotlin.
Strong understanding of MVC and MVVM software architectural patterns.
Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
At least one application published on the Play Store.
Familiarity with the Android SDK, Android versions, and screen-size adaptability.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Espresso and JUnit.
Knowledge of mobile data storage using SQLite and Room.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs for back-end integration.
Comfort with Git, SVN, and source control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic and self-leadership skills.
Willingness to work onsite and relocate for client assignments typically spanning 6 to 18 months, with possible extensions.
