About The Position

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Ancillary Enrollment Specialist to support the accurate enrollment, reconciliation, and administration of ancillary products through a third-party administrator. This role is responsible for ensuring enrollment accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and reconciling financial records between vendor statements and our Dealer Management System (DMS), Tekion. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, detail-focused environment and excels at identifying and resolving discrepancies with precision and urgency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with ancillary products, warranty administration, or third-party vendor systems preferred
  • Strong background in Accounts Payable, reconciliation, or financial data management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and review
  • Experience working with third-party administrators or vendor management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve discrepancies independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet-based reporting tools
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), especially Tekion, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enroll ancillary products through a third-party administrator while maintaining accurate and up-to-date participant records
  • Review enrollment submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
  • Reconcile vendor statements against Tekion DMS records to ensure financial accuracy
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to correct data errors and confirm updates
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all enrollment and reconciliation activity
  • Support reporting needs and provide accurate data insights as requested by management
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, processes, and company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of enrollment and reconciliation workflows
