About The Position

At On Point Strategy, we believe that data tells a story, and we make that story visible. We are looking for an Analytics Engineering Intern who is eager to learn and passionate about transforming information into actionable insights. This role is ideal for students with curiosity for programming, process automation, and building scalable analytical solutions. As part of our Analytics team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and strengthen your technical and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Python for scripting, automation and/or data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts.
• Exposure to Power BI or visualization tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data organization.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Interest in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and curious mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or workflow optimization concepts is a plus.
• Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and familiarity with writing scripts for data processing or automation.
• Experience building academic or personal projects involving data pipelines, dashboards, or automation.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Git, or version control tools.
• Interest in building integrations, automations, or data workflows using APIs and scripting tools.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of automated data workflows and reporting processes.
• Assist in building scripts and tools using Python to improve operational efficiency.
