Analytics Engineer II

HealthJoy is seeking a Data Analyst or Data Engineer to join their Marketing Team. The role involves providing technical analysis, design, development, and enhancement, as well as helping track key results and assess the impact of new product releases. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of data modeling, managing data pipelines, and BI tools. They should also be comfortable with SQL, Excel, data analysis/visualization, and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Provide technical analysis, design, development, and enhancement

Help product and operations teams track key results, identify areas of improvement, and assess the impact of new product releases

Create visualizations, dashboards, and measurement plans to establish narratives around business performance

Operate across the entire data/tech stack and leverage tools and platforms to perform data cleansing/validation, transformation and enrichment, and curation/execution

Experience with data modeling, managing data pipelines, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau a big plus

Comfort in SQL, Excel, data analysis/visualization, and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Quick learner and excited about learning new technologies

Detail-oriented and adept at drawing real-world conclusions from data sets

Comfortable talking to stakeholders and understanding their business needs

1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role

Experience with data modeling, managing data pipelines, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau a big plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or other technology related field

Comfort in SQL, Excel, data analysis/visualization, and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience

You are a quick learner and excited about learning new technologies

You are detail oriented and adept at drawing real-world conclusions from data sets

You are comfortable talking to stakeholders and understanding their business needs
