About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Analytic Facilitator to join their team in JBAB, DC. This role supports the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI), which catalogs and analyzes military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources. The goal is to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials by providing insights into capabilities such as transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, OR 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree.
Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video.
Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level (TS/SCI W/CI Poly).

Nice To Haves

Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC).
Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields.

Responsibilities

Use technical skills, creativity, and experience to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences on-screen or in a classroom.
Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.
Meet with SMEs to discuss learning material, incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products.
Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals.
Maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and Training Development Capability (TDC).
Identify new opportunities to build solutions to customer learning needs.
Use deep understanding of training methodologies to shape a creative learning experience that will engage students.
