About The Position

Join JLL's Valuation & Advisory Services team as an Analyst and play an essential role in delivering comprehensive real estate insights to our clients. Your responsibilities include collecting and verifying data on properties, market trends, and economic indicators to support the updating of JLL's databases. In doing so, you will contribute to the preparation of market studies and appraisal reports while ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data used.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate sector or other relevant industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong knowledge of key themes and trends impacting capital markets and investment real estate.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to adapt, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• CEGEP or technical education diploma in business, economics, business administration, urban economics, urban planning, or urban geography.
• Experience with real estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise.
• Proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative in previous roles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills developed through prior professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and gather information on new real estate projects, property characteristics, and leasing data.
• Collect, organize, and maintain real estate market data, ensuring JLL's databases remain current and accurate.
• Collaborate with local management to create market survey summary tables and participate in the preparation of market studies.
• Function with a sense of urgency, responding quickly to stakeholder requests and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the team with additional reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure seamless project execution.
