Requirements

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or another related field.
You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry, aerospace, project management, or other related experience.
You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box.
You have a high level of autonomy and motivation, although you will be supported by a department mentor.
You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude.
You have the ability to organize yourself independently.
