About The Position

LKQ Corporation is currently seeking a bilingual Helpdesk IT Support Analyst to join our IT team located on Montreal's North Shore in Blainville, for a permanent full-time position. The majority of calls received at the helpdesk are in English (80%).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or DEP in IT support.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Support LKQ technologies and contribute to process improvement.
  • Respond to technical support requests in person, by phone, or electronically.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Conduct research using all available information resources.
  • Explain complex technical solutions to novice users.
  • Evaluate and redirect issues to appropriate resources as needed.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Follow up and route issues/incidents/requests and document resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on systems, changes, and updates.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Communicate important issues to the IT team.
