Requirements

  • Possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lb without assistance.
  • Have a good knowledge of the region's geography.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Obtain a passing grade on the following aptitude tests: Functional English, Data Entry Speed Test, Perception Test.

Responsibilities

  • Serve clients effectively and politely by phone or in person.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests.
  • Strive to resolve issues related to shipments.
  • Strive to resolve issues related to equipment and technology.
  • Collaborate with head office staff, local management, couriers, warehouse staff, account managers, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service.
