We offer a regular position with a guaranteed minimum of 28 hours per week, a schedule communicated 4 weeks in advance, and two consecutive days off. Flexible availability (day, evening, and weekend) is required. Schedules may vary but are always planned in advance. Training will begin on May 25, 2026. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, essential for success in this role
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills
  • A talent for consultative selling and retention
  • A customer satisfaction-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Good stress management
  • Comfort with various IT tools

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your needs analysis expertise to propose adapted solutions while creating value for our members and clients.
  • Propose relevant products, give informed advice, and manage objections with ease.
  • Contribute to achieving objectives by leveraging your persuasion skills and active listening.
  • Offer an authentic and personalized customer experience to build and maintain a lasting relationship of trust with members.
  • Become a CAA-Québec ambassador by promoting products and services according to needs.
  • Work rigorously while respecting established procedures and processes.
