About The Position
The mandate of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of delivered solutions by validating that they meet business requirements, functional specifications, and organizational standards. The individual participates throughout the entire development lifecycle by planning, designing, and executing testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to reduce risks and improve the user experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with BillingCenter (Guidewire certification required)
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills when managing complex cases
- Ability to work independently and deliver new initiatives or components autonomously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
