About The Position

As a QA Analyst, reporting to the QA Team Lead, you will be a key player in the control and continuous improvement of the quality of our products. Your role focuses on hands-on validation, ensuring our applications are reliable and high-performing through rigorous testing.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong foundation in manual testing methodologies.
Ability to translate complicated requirements into detailed test cases and use cases.
Practical experience or a strong interest in automated testing and comfort working within an automation framework.
Proficiency with issue tracking systems (specifically Jira) and test case management software.
Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective engagement with both technical team members and stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of tasks, provide detailed feedback, and adapt to dynamic project needs with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in automation growth is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive smoke, regression, and UX testing to identify and document defects across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Validate complex 2D/3D pipelines (Harmony/Storyboard Pro), ensuring rigs, node networks, camera moves, and audio sync meet studio standards.
Test role-based production workflows, permissions, and reporting accuracy under high-volume, real-world scenarios.
Design and maintain detailed test plans and scenarios in close collaboration with developers to prevent regressions.
Investigate complex technical issues, provide clear bug reports, and offer occasional first-level support for critical R&D issues.
Identify automation candidates and support the expansion of automated suites (prior experience is a huge plus).
