The Analyst-Talent Systems plays a key role in ensuring the continuity of Talent operations by supporting efficient, integrated, and secure processes across the Talent ecosystem and with the broader Cirque ecosystem. The analyst analyzes business needs, recommends appropriate technology solutions, and supports their implementation through analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience acquired in an analytical role or a similar position.
  • Excellent fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a variety of contexts.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with internal and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors (certification is an asset).
  • Knowledge of Workforce Software (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Support Talent operations by ensuring the continuity, integrity, and protection of data across Talent systems, while maintaining overall data governance.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Talent system-related request, including data management, reporting and mass data imports.
  • Manage minor and moderate system-related incidents across the Talent systems, ensuring timely resolution effective user support, and appropriate escalation when required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the resolution of incidents impacting the broader ecosystem, particularly those related to the replication and integration of Talent data across systems.
  • Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions by applying best practices; lead implementation activities including analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure that system access rights and permissions are appropriately granted, managed, and documented, in compliance with internal policies.
  • Support the production of Talent dashboards to enable operational and strategic decision-making.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate and support the execution of year-end processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of system documentation.
